Can my results be emailed to me or sent by post?

According to the Data Protection Act, personal information regarding medical records must be communicated in a secure way. To remain compliant with guidelines set forth by the International Organisation for Standardisation, test results are not sent by email.

When you have received your blood group test kit please open a support ticket on this site and enter your details. You will be notified when your results can be downloaded from the secure ticket area.

If you are unable to use the support site or you would rather not use the online service, results can alternatively be sent by post. Please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your sample for your test results to be sent to you.
